Cancellation & Refunds

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services provided by AlgoWisdom, a brand operated by LIBERTYAUTOM WITHPY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.

How billing works

Our engagements are delivered in phases. You are billed only after each phase is delivered and approved by you; nothing is charged upfront. You may stop the engagement at any time, and you are never asked to pay for work that has not yet been delivered.

Cancellation

You can cancel an engagement at any time by writing to support@algowisdom.in. Because we do not take payment in advance, cancelling means no further charges. Any phase already delivered and approved before cancellation remains payable.

Refunds

If you are charged for a phase and are not satisfied with it, email support@algowisdom.in within 7 days of that payment. We will issue a full refund of that payment, processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.
