These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website algowisdom.in ("Website") and any services you engage from AlgoWisdom, a brand operated by LIBERTYAUTOM WITHPY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("AlgoWisdom", "we", "us"). By using the Website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
What we do
AlgoWisdom designs and builds custom AI agents, chatbots, support and sales automation, alerting/RCA agents, system integrations, and bespoke automation workflows for businesses. All services are delivered remotely. We do not sell physical goods.
Engagements, quotes and fees
- We do not publish fixed prices. Every engagement is scoped individually, and the price, deliverables and timeline are confirmed in a written proposal before any work begins.
- Work is delivered in phases. You are billed only after each phase is delivered and approved by you. We do not take payment upfront, and you may stop the engagement at any time. See our Cancellation & Refunds policy for details.
- Unless stated otherwise in the proposal, fees are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, the access and materials reasonably required to deliver the work, and to use anything we build lawfully and within the terms of any third-party services involved.
Ownership of deliverables
On full payment for a given phase, the deliverables produced for you in that phase become yours. We may retain general know-how, tools and reusable components that are not specific to your business.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other party's non-public information confidential and to use it only to deliver or receive the services.
Limitation of liability
The services and Website are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the phase giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the "last updated" date above.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
